Is Dental Suite in Network with my insurance?

Dental Suite is IN-NETWORK with most major insurance companies. We file all insurances as a courtesy to our patients. If you have a specific question about your insurance, please give our office a call.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

What should I bring to my first visit?

On your first visit to our office, you should bring all of the following:

• Driver’s License, State ID, or Password
• List of all current medications and conditions
• Name of Primary Care Provider
• Insurance Card or other method of payment
• Existing records from previous office (these may be emailed before your visit)
• Parent, if under the age of 18

My insurance company did not give me an insurance card, what should I do?

If your insurance company did not provide you with an insurance card, no problem. Our patient care coordinators are able to look up your insurance policy with other information, such as date of birth, first and last name, social security number, etc. In the case that you have not been provided with an ID number for your insurance policy, your social security number will be required in order to file your insurance claim with your insurance carrier.

Does Dental Suite offer savings to patients without insurance?

I’m afraid of frequent radiation exposure, do I have to take x-rays?

Radiation exposure is minimal with all dental x-rays. Necessary x-rays will be determined at your visit.
